Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you reach out at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you are running more than 25% late to your appointment (ex: more than 15 minutes late to a 60 minute facial), we will not be able to complete the entire service as scheduled and may need to reschedule entirely.
Any no-shows or late cancellations (including rescheduling or being late) will be charged 100% of all missed services.
First time late cancellations may apply 50% of the fee towards the next service.
No-shows will only be allowed to rebook on a case-by-case basis.
